Movie Monday: Buffalo-Lion Standoff in Chobe National Park, Botswana

After the lions initially attacked and starting eating the buffalo alive, the victim’s friends step in to defend it in a Big 5 stand off, at Chobe National Park, Botswana.

You may find my commentary amusing or annoying. In my excitement, verbalizing my unfiltered stream of consciousness, I exclaim, “This is going on my blog!” You must understand that this was my first predatory attack experience on safari! So please excuse the really bad video technique! It’s high on my list of skills to improve upon this year! I just wanted to share this video because it was one of the neatest things I’ve seen in nature.
